The Customer Care Representative is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding customer expectations" by providing service to current and prospective customers. Answer phones to respond to general customer inquires, and customer complaints. The Customer Care Representative communicates with customers/prospects through incoming calls in a centralized phone center. Develop relationships by processing the incoming calls professionally, courteously, and with the customers' financial interests in mind.

Ideal candidates will have a background in banking or customer service, exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two years bank, customer service, or retail experience required or combination of equivalent education and experience. Previous experience with consumer loans preferred.

Hours for this position will be between 7:45am-5:15pm on Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:45pm on Friday, and some Saturdays from 8:45am-12pm.
